Screen Print Transfers

Screen printed transfers are ideal for printing sponsor names and logos onto team uniforms. Small runs of one colour or multi-colour designs for baseball caps, umbrellas, shirts, sweaters, jackets or work wear - we offer the perfect solution! We want you to profit from our long-standing experience and invite you to convince yourself of the high quality and longevity of our screen printed transfers. Your transfer order will be ready to ship to you within 3 working days, allowing you to stay highly flexible. All of our screen prints are machine washable up to 60°C (with the exception of nylon transfers).

Note:
Testing of pressure and washing are imperative. Using Transfers on sublimation-coloured textiles, might cause bleeding!

Sending your data to STAHLS':
We suggest that you send us a floppy disk, CD or clean print-out or drawing of your desired artwork. You can also send us the artwork via e-mail. Next to the image of your artwork, we ask that you include information pertaining to: exact colour requirements, how many pieces are needed, the size of the artwork, as well as information about the garment the image will be applied to. As soon as you have supplied us with this information we can start production for you. Please don't forget to include your account number!

Delivery Time:
We will send you a confirmation of your order along with a confirmed delivery date.

Photo-realistic transfers:
Photo-realistic transfers can be produced in one of two ways: either screenprinted for quantities of 25 or more or offset printed in quantities above500 pieces. We will provide you with a quote for your custom order once we receive a .jpeg of the design, along with information regarding the size of the design, the number of pieces required and the textile onto which the transfer will be printed. Lead time is typically 12 business days, although, depending on the type of transfer, lead times may be longer. Cost and delivery estimates will be provided when your order has been confirmed.
