Personal data will be exclusively raised and stored within the limitations of the law of the German Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG).

Storing and usage of your personal data: we store and use your personal data solely to conduct business. Your Email address will only be used in order to submit information pertaining to and in conjunction with your orders and, should this be desired, for our own advertisement purposes and the sending of our newsletter.

It shall be noted that we have a commissioner for our data protection!

Submitting personal information to third parties: personal information shall NOT be forwarded or given to any third parties. The exception to this are service partners, who require the transmittal of data for orders, i.e. freight / mail order companies and our banking institution/s (debit or credit). In these cases the transmittal shall follow by the rules and regulations of the German Data Protection Law (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG). The data transmitted shall only be that of the required minimum.
