Customer Service Coordinator

Target Transfers is the UK's leading manufacturer and supplier of Heat Presses, Heat Transfers, and Heat Transfer Vinyl. The machines and materials needed to run a clothing brand or personalisation business.

The last few years has seen more and more UK decorators and entrepreneurs turn to heat printing as the journey of choice for running and growing their business.

This role is key for assisting our customers with the capabilities of our HTV materials, Transfers and the Hotronix Heat Presses by continuing and enhancing our reputation for superior customer service.

Great customer service and education has been the heartbeat of GroupeStahl companies since 1932, and this role will key in driving the way interact with customers. Applicants should have be able to demonstrate how they have exceeded customer service levels in previous roles and have a vision for the future of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers
  • Working alongside the marketing and sales team to deliver clear and consistent messages to customers
  • Use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
  • Help customers register online and process their product and service orders via screen share and phone walk throughs.
  • Prioritise customer enquiries
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer records.
  • Work as part of sales team to drive positive company sales results.
  • Liaise with couriers on customer collections and late or lost orders
  • Assist financial department with customer credit checks, accounting enquiries or flagged accounting issues realised by the customer.
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private bd secure.

Essential Skills

  • Two years or more, experience in an office based customer service role
  • Demonstratable experience of working along side sales and marketing teams
  • Be friendly and patient, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Objection handling
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Fully conversant the latest version of MS Office
  • Familiar with CRM systems

Desired Skills

  • Experience with creative or print services
  • Basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Use of live chat
